1.3 The Site is hosted by Webflow, Inc., 398 11th Street, Floor 2, San Francisco, CA 94103, United States (webflow.com).
The group’s digital clinics process personal data, including health data, on their own platforms. These platforms are hosted on servers located in France with a certified Health Data Host (Hébergeur de Données de Santé, HDS), in accordance with Article L.1111-8 of the French Public Health Code.
2. Access to the Site
The Site is intended exclusively for adults.
Access to and use of the Site are reserved for strictly personal use. You agree not to use the Site, or the information and data it contains, for commercial, political or advertising purposes, or for any form of commercial solicitation, including sending unsolicited emails.
3. Site content
All trademarks, photographs, texts, comments, illustrations, still or animated images, video sequences and sounds, as well as all software applications that may be used to operate the Site, and more generally all elements reproduced or used on the Site, are protected by the applicable intellectual property laws.
They are the full and exclusive property of the Publisher or its partners. Any reproduction, representation, use or adaptation, in any form whatsoever, of all or part of these elements, including software applications, without the prior written consent of the Publisher, is strictly prohibited.

The Site presents the Dex Healthcare group and its activities. No product or service can be ordered on the Site. Medicines, including compounded (magistral) preparations, are neither sold, held nor dispensed by the Publisher: dispensing them is the exclusive role of community pharmacies, which alone are authorised to do so under the pharmaceutical monopoly (Article L.4211-1 of the French Public Health Code).
4. Site management
For the proper management of the Site, the Publisher may at any time:
- suspend, interrupt or limit access to all or part of the Site;
- restrict access to the Site, or to certain parts of it, to a specific category of users;
- remove any information that may disrupt its operation or that breaches national or international laws or the rules of netiquette;
- suspend the Site in order to carry out updates.
5. Liability
The Publisher cannot be held liable in the event of a failure, breakdown, difficulty or interruption preventing access to the Site or to any of its features.
